PT Symcaw Solution Indonesia was founded in 2009 as the Indonesian Country Partner for Panda Security. As the security industry developed, Symcaw expanded and became Value Added Distributors for multiple security vendors and network infrastructure. We have happily served more than 2,000 enterprises and SMB customer over the years and building business relationships with resellers all around Indonesia.

We strongly believe that each customer is unique and therefore implement a consultative style of collaboration in which together with our resellers, find the best fit technology to solve their problems, needs and expansions. Business relationships are more than transactions, we believe in developing deep and supportive relationships with our customers and resellers. We deliver solutions based on customer requirements and gain their trust through proving the technology with POC and demonstrations. Once customers have purchase the products, we will continue to provide support and training to ensure they can maximize their products.
